　　Low pressure test

　　The low air pressure test is to simulate the damage of environmental air pressure to the package during high-altitude transportation and air transportation. For sealed packages, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the package may cause the package to burst. For products containing electronic components, low air pressure may cause the failure of certain components and result in the failure of product functions.

　　The recommended strength is 14000ft(59.5kpa)&1h for low and medium pressure tests in ASTM D4169. The test method is derived from ASTM D6653, in which there is pressure corresponding to altitude, as shown in the table below:

When the altitude experienced by the circulation process is known, the corresponding air pressure can be selected from the above table.

　　In table 2 of GB/T 4857.17, the recommended pressure values are also given as follows:
