　　ISTA procedure 7 series

　　The ISTA 7 series is a developmental test, consisting of 7D and 7E, whose test items may be derived from ISTA 1 series, ISTA 2 series, ISTA3 series, and the 7 d series are mainly used to evaluate the effect of temperature on the package.

　　ISTA 7D gives the 24h air transport temperature cycle, 48h air transport temperature cycle and 72h international air transport temperature cycle in winter or summer in the United States. The ISTA 7D is typically validated against other ISTA family of standards.

　　ISTA, in collaboration with PCCIG, has completed a data survey on the ambient temperature of the pharmaceutical cold chain in the United States for use in the ISTA 7E program, which is purchased separately through ISTA.
