　　ISTA procedure 1series

　　ISTA procedure 1 is a earlier test program of ISTA, known as the integrity simulation, simulation environmental hazards, they are not the actual transport dangerous simulation, and may not conform to the actual flow process, generally used for screening of packaging materials, comparing the relative performance of different packaging design, 1 series ISTA procedure including 1A、1B、1C、1D、1E、1G、1H.

　　ISTA-1A:suitable for single package, up to 150lb(68kg) in mass (1B or 1E for single package with sliders or pallets over 45kg in mass), including ambient temperature and humidity balance, vibration (fixed-displacement vibration), impact (drop).

　　ISTA-1B:suitable for single package, with mass exceeding 150lb(68kg), including ambient temperature and humidity balance, vibration (fixed displacement vibration), impact (drop or ramp impact, edge drop).

　　ISTA-1C:suitable for single-pack, extended test with a mass not exceeding 150lb(68kg), different from ISTA1A in that the vibration test can choose between fixed displacement vibration or random vibration.

　　ISTA-1D:applicable to a single package, with a mass exceeding 150lb(68kg), including ambient temperature and humidity balance, pressure resistance, vibration (fixed displacement vibration or random vibration), impact (drop or inclined surface impact, edge drop).

　　ISTA-1E:applicable to single or multiple package product combinations on the same slide sheet or tray, including ambient temperature and humidity balance, vibration (fixed displacement vibration or random vibration), impact (bevel impact, edge drop).

　　ISTA-1G:applicable to single package, with a mass not exceeding 150lb(68kg) and random vibration test. For single package with a mass exceeding 45kg with sliders or pallets, random vibration should be selected as 1E or 1H, including ambient temperature and humidity balance, random vibration, impact (drop).

　　ISTA-1H:suitable for single package, quality over 150lb(68kg), random vibration test, including ambient temperature and humidity balance, random vibration, impact (drop or ramp impact, edge drop).
