　　ISTA 6A

　　The ISTA 6 series is A test program developed by ISTA in collaboration with ISTA member companies and currently includes 6-Amazon.com-Over Boxing, 6-Amazon.com-S.I.O.C., 6-fedex -A, 6-fedex -B, and 6-samsclub.

　　ISTA 6-Amazon.com-Over Boxing: this test procedure is used for the delivery of products in Amazon containers through the Amazon distribution system, including truck, rail, and air freight. The procedure includes temperature and humidity preconditioning (temperature and humidity balance between the package and the laboratory environment), temperature and humidity treatment (simulation of the temperature and humidity environment that may be experienced during transportation), impact (drop), random vibration, and leakage testing.

　　ISTA 6- Amazon.com-S.I.O.C. : test procedure for original package delivery (SIOC) of items for the Amazon.com distribution system. 6-Amazon.com divides packages into eight types, A to H, based on the way Amazon.com ships and distributes products, the way Amazon.com operations centers move them, the weight of packages, and the type of merchandise. Main test items are temperature and humidity pretreatment and lab environment temperature and humidity balance (packaging), temperature and humidity treatment (temperature and humidity environment of simulation in the process of transportation may experience), shock (free fall, the rotation edge drop fall, rotating face fell, rotation Angle, bridge type impact, concentrated impact, tilting, cant impact), random vibration (top with the top load and without load), compression (vertical, horizontal), leak test.

　　ISTA 6-FEDEX-A:applicable to packages not exceeding 150lbs, this procedure is divided into domestic and international transportation. The test procedure mainly includes impact (drop, concentrated edge impact, bridge impact), vertical compression, and random vibration (truck transportation, air transportation).

　　ISTA 6-FEDEX-B:Applicable to packages over 150lbs, this procedure is divided into domestic and international transportation in the United States. The test procedure mainly includes impact (bevel impact, bottom impact, tilting, rotating edge impact, rotating Angle impact), vertical compression, and vibration (rotating vibration, random vibration).

　　ISTA 6-SAMSCLUB: The test program is a comprehensive simulation designed by ISTA and Sam's Club. Suitable for Sam's Club distribution system shipped to all parts of the United States.
